Very nice warm place. From the entry your staff very polite and welcoming. I was impressed by entry decor and indeed interior decor is one of the best I have seen of late. Rooms spacious and all toiletries provided. TV channels good. Food on full board very nice and worth the price. Probably welcome guests with a welcome coaktil or juice. I will definitely tell people about your hotel. Hotels in coast better watch out especially with your interior decor.

I give this place 5 stars best place in Nakuru ..high class service and very polite servers. At first the customer service seems to have an attitude but Michael took over and lighten my mood.
